Self-styled as a âconnoisseur of all things coolâ, Mr. Phomer (1982) is a London-based Portuguese visual artist and illustrator, who frequently dabbles into design, graphics, concept visuals, fashion, photography, video and anything else that might help him on his quest to achieving the state of âtotal coolnessâ. He is also a prolific graffiti vandal and visual manipulator. His clean-cut, bold-line graphic style and underground-flavoured characters have found their way onto a variety of media and surfaces, events and functions.
