The first contact with art was in childhood, playing with his favorite toys (pens, pencils and crayons) the little boy was always drawing and writing his name everywhereââ¬Â¦
Start painting in the streets around 1997, under different names like Nóis, Fuk, Fds and after 2004 started to sign as ââ¬ÅHighraffââ¬Â.
Transcending from traditional Graffiti, he created his particular style of art inspired by Nature and guided by the natural elements as earth, wind, water and fireââ¬Â¦
The result is a fantastic imagery built in vibrant colors with multi layered organic and geometric shapes (like platonic solids, suns, moons, planets, stars, plants, animals, cells, atoms and molecules).
Distinct influences like sacred geometry, psychedelic art, ethnic craftwork, graphic design, vector illustration and comic books are constant subjects and influences. The intention behind his art is to propose different possibilities to interpret realityââ¬Â¦
In that way, positive energy and natural way of life are some of his motivations to create drawings, paintings, sculptures, digital vectors, multimedia projects and big muralsââ¬Â¦
