Robert Panda (1982) is a Portuguese artist who started his path in the graffiti underworld in the suburbs of Lisbon. His sculptural street installation project titled âStupid â Because All People Are!â, a philosophical approach to contemporary apathy in urban societies, is based on the placement of friendly, stylised anthropomorphic figures crafted from materials such as paper and adhesive tape, fibreglass, or cement in various locations to surprise and interact with passers-by. His thought-provoking work has also been presented at a variety of art festivals and events.
