Native of Bagnolet, SupaKitch lives and works in Biarritz with his wife Koralie (artist as well). At the end of the 90ââ¬â¢s, he begins to mix different mediums on walls : aerosol spray, paintbrush, stencil, collage, printed circuit board.
Coming from graffiti movement where the wall selection is essential, he starts to build his own resin frame with random patterns in 2016. These patterns remind us of the ocean movement and the elements textures, gold sheet is used to enhance the sun reflects.
With these technique borrow from surfboard craftsmanship, SupaKitch likes surprised himself and let the incident take a place in his art. The support becomes an object that can be cut and creating rhythm in the composition leads by freezing resin movements.
Multidisciplinary artist, SupaKitch doesnââ¬â¢t limit his ideas to one medium. Tools and frames change according to his thought and regarding his project : wall paintings, canvas, tinted resin, gold sheet, marble, brass, ink on paper and tattoos done between 2012 and 2017, in Paris, New York, Los Angeles, Mexico and Biarritz.
